3 on a Wintry Night

In this painting, I challenge the viewer to consider the context, as well as the centre of interest as they view the scene; to have a sense of the magic and mystery of a city street at night, in a whirling snowstorm; to wonder about the '3' people, kept somehow from advancing further into the driving snow. Imagination is a wonderful faculty and hopefully allowed to find hidden meaning in this painting.
